We offer many opportunities for play inside the Library and to take home. We invite you to come explore!
These are kits to take home with various themes like Outdoor Adventure, Farm Animals, Cars, Cats & Dogs with related books, puzzles, plush, toys, and gear.
Our Touch Tank offers a rotating focus on different sensory themes. "Soft like Feathers" was a suggestion from a story time participant.
There are lots of games and activities to be borrowed just like a book!

We have a large variety of puppets and a theater- there are all kinds of ways to encourage storytelling!
Felt board with a rotating array of themes to expand on stories with kinesthetic and tactile play.
You will find a separate section for children’s movies- look for the teddy bear sticker!
Two child sized tables and chairs staged to encourage cooperative play with peers and caregivers. We also have lap tables and sitting pillows (and soon weighted lap friends and noise cancelling headphones) to help kids be comfortable and supported while they play.
We have a separate rolling cart with activities for bigger kids. (If you think that Gone Fishin' game is for little kids...we challenge you to come try it.)
